There will be 3 ways to record your activity:
If you want to add kilometers or participate from home (treadmill) click on ACTIVITY RECORD and complete the form, upload your evidence to verify your activity.
From the application measure your distance and race time; the distance must be made in ONE journey. (Does not apply accumulation of kilometers) Your results will be published automatically.
You can participate using your Garmin, Polar or Strava device, record your trips, click on “Running with” and send your Results.
SHARE YOUR ACHIEVEMENT

You can see if your activity was APPROVED within the next 24 hours directly on the platform.
In case your activity is REJECTED, you will have to upload your evidence again.
If you signed up for 3K, 5K or 10K, only those kilometers will be taken into account.
